Thank you for your help. I'll call 1500/1504.The MTNL person told me with full confidence that the plan will be changed tomorrow .... I agree with you Amish that they should have put the information about site outage on their frontpage or atleast sent an email on mtnl account.
These guys are absolutely pathetic. I just spoke with an mtnl tech at 1504 and he said their system is out indefinitely! I asked him if it will be a few hrs, days or weeks and all he said was "could be" and hung up!!! :angry:
