cannot seem to locate any specific user experiences on the forum but tons of deals. anyone have experience buying from them?

Delivery time is too late. Ordered 5 times, everytime it took around 6-8 days for the product to be delivered.Customer care e-mail is too slow too respond. they take minimum 24-48 hrs to respond. Live chat is a Sham, enter your order id n stuff and the live chat never responds.Customer care no is a Gurgaon based number not a tollfree one that too 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Sunday off
 
lol. gurgaon based number. i think i might have passed their office during one of the recent trips to udyog vihar!
 
I bought a Dell monitor from them delivered in three days , they picked up the monitor from the seller then shipped it , i already knew the seller so spoke to him after placing the order, its not directly shipped by the dealer like ebay or indiatimes.
 
yeah i got that part. wanted to know about problem deliveries. how are they handled?
 

i got the delivery in 4 days for one of those deals. Packaging was good.
 
I always get their stuff delivered in 7-10 days if they are those crazy sale products with high volume and 3-4 days if they are normal products. Recently i ordered a product on SC on 20th and it got delivered today inspite of a weekend in between. I ordered the same product on Pepperfry.com on 12th and it still hasnt been shipped!
 
i have bought some stuff from shopclues, I feel they are not less than any ecommerce site.always delivers within 3-5 days. packing very good and specially prices and deals are very good.I got teracom tad11 Modem+router only for 950/-plus got some money back in form of cluesbucks..
 
Same here. Buy stuff from one day sales and jaw dropping deals. Good service, timely delivery. Haven't ordered anything costly though.
 
i am waiting for a delivery ordered by samuel. he took my flipkart vouchers and ordered a keyboard for me 😀 it was ordered on saturday night or sunday morning i think. let's see how long they take!
 
just got a call. they cannot source a unit and they are canceling the order and refunding the money. got a call from gurgaon number so i guess they are also based in gurgaon. weird enough i got this call and not samuel.
 
My experience also has been good, earlier the delivery time was a bit more sometime a week and more but that has been improved otherwise no issues with packaging or products
