ShopClues Deals, Offers & Discount Coupons

many sellers at ShopClues have been sending fakes and no action has been taken against them by shopclues. Many buyers have reported that, although i never bought anything from them. IMO shudnt have gone with them for such a High Value Product. In any case, nothing much to worry. I faced similar situation with letsbuy a while back(although they dont have various sellers) where transaction was done and they were not shipping the product. I just told them if they dont ship my product asap, i am calling credit card provider and filing a dispute for the transaction and they refunded my money. Just drop them a mail again and state that if you dont get shipping confirmation in 24 hours, you are calling payment gateway/ credit card provider and filing the dispute for transaction. Hope that will do the trick. Let us know how this goes.
 
Okay here is an update. They called me up and told me that they cannot arrange the product. Although in the morning they tweeted that they are getting the product shipped by evening. Again full of lies.Now they were ready to refund the money but asked them for interest as this is a high value order and it was their mistake. So they creditted me 500 shopclues points.
 
Lol the difference in the price is 10K. And yes i have received the email instantly that refund has been initiated.
 

I dont think the Indian e-commerce/online industry is mature enough to risk high value purchases, unless the site is backed by a corporate big name. Sometimes I have had issues with larger sites too like futurebazaar, medplusbeauty, homeshop18 etcFuturebazaar and medplusbeauty sent me wrong items, sometimes item they sent was cheaper than what I ordered, but they charge as per what I ordered... infuriates me:mad_2:homeshop18 sent me damaged goods, but their supply chain is very good - they arranged a pickup and a replacement, but replacement was a different brand...I guess India mein hota hai...
