Tata Sky Help Needed

I am posting pictures of the Dish installed in my buildings roof and the signal test option.

Please tell me have I installed the dish at the right place. I have used 17m of wire and there are 5-6 acute bends and getting 80 signal strength n 65 signal quality... the display is hazzy....Can anyone suggest something to improve signal quality n get better display.
 
My Signal Strength And Quality details:

Wire from Dish to the digicomp shud be continuos, i.e no joints.
Also signal receiver which is at top of the dish shud not get any obstacle.
Ur Signal Quality is not good thats why u r getting hazzy picture.
See mine. U shud contact the Tata Sky and launch a complain.
 
I have complained twice...First time it was on 19th sep and a engineer came next day(20th Sep) but he was just able to increase the signal quality from 60 to 65 and said that a better engineer will come on 23rd sep to increase signal quality more. But no one came and after calling in the local office he came on 26th sep and said he will adjust the dish after puja holidays on 3rd Oct but he didnt come. Again I called at the local office n 2 persons came on 9th Oct n they said they will come on 11th...they didnt and al last I complained again on 13th. Its 15th today..

Which one is best
High Signal quality with low signal strength.
High Signal strength with low signal quality.
