Very bad speeds...

Reliance Netconnect+
I just purchased a Reliance Netconnect Broadband + and got 10GB free with it. Used up 5GB with really good speeds upto 1.5 mbps. But after that the speed is very slow. When I start the dial-up software, the signal bar shows 3 or 4 bars. But when I connect to the internet, the bars get reduced to one. What is this wonder? Have any of your felt like this? Really bad broadband.

i have same experience as above ..i took post paid 800 unlimited a month plan and speed is 25kB/s i.e 256kbps
wonder why they advertise 3.1 MBPS lol
