Changing Broadband to WiMax

Hello Friends,Last 4 years i was using BSNL Broadband UL750 Plan. But now a days there are lot of connectivity problem occurs. I get only 45 - 55 Kbps download speed. Now iam planning to change this to Wimax 750 Plan. One of my friend is using wimax and he gets 135Kbps download speed. And also he didn't face any connectivity problem. So taht changing Broadband to Wimax is a good option or not
 
Have you tried BSNL EVDO at your place?
