Airtel sucks (sms ban release)

Called up Airtel customer care and the response was this "We are not bothered on what government officials tell us. We will only go by our decision. We know when to release the SMS BAN and when to block this. Government has nothing to do with us related to our decision. Said by one of the Floor Supervisor Kavitha and Deputy Manager Thiyagarajan.
