Billing Prob In Home 500 Plan

hi i m facing the prob...i have downloaded 16 gb during night...and during day i havent downloaded more than 1GB..but my bill comes of 35000rs....adding the night usage...plz help me to solve the prob...i have already given a apllication in the local excahange...but u know these local exchange sucks....the people thr doesnt know a single thing....plz help in this....

plzz contact GM as soon as possible...n y r u usin..this waste package jus 400 /- more unlimited download re....y to take risk...

What is your Plan? Is it showing the same plan in the portal?

Hi All, I have taken bsnl broadband connection on aug27th for H500 plan. The bill was as expected. I continued the same plan for september also. But on sept 15th i have given a request for changing my plan to Home900 UL plus and also paid 900 in advance. The Bsnl people said that the plan will be changed from oct1st. Now i got the bill for september. In that the broad band rent is shown as 900 and the plan is shown as Home900+ . Through out september i have been using H500 plan only. but how come the bill came like this? Please help me ! whom should i approach and do i need to show some proof for that??
 
@ sr1111 , pls contact the Commercial Officer
or Area Manager at your Exchange and give a written
complaint . If you have a receipt of Advance then
enclose the photocopy .

Hi,
I went to the Accounts office and explained them the issue. They have reduced 400/- which is extra amount in my bill. It took just 2 minutes there at the office. But I have to apply for half-day leave 🙁 . Thanks to all of you......!
