I find Airtel as an ISP much better and reliable than all other ISPs...Unfortunately, for last 3 years i have been trying to get an Airtel broadband connection at my place, but they have been consistently declining the applications simply saying it is not available in that area (the area is Sewak Park, Dwarka Mod, New Delhi) yet and i will be informed when it is available. Strangely, the adjoining localities like Dwarka and Uttam Nagar extensively enjoy Airtel connection.My question is do anyone have any clue, idea or experience that if anything could be done in order to obligate Airtel to do something about it.Thanks guys!

This is not that i do not have Airtel connections... Actually, i am one of the few people having broadband and 3g connections of many of the major brands at 3 locations of mine in New Delhi - Airtel, Reliance, Tata, MTNL, and Vodafone.
So far found Airtel a way more reliable than all others - in terms of speed, service reliability, and customer service.
At the same time i am also heard and read that many folks are not happy with Airtel due to one reason or another.
