1-2Mbps speed with FUP10-20GB at Rs.500-700 in Bangalore??

I need the best Broadband Provider which has a plan of Speed 1-2mbps, Fair Usage Policy(FUP) >=10GB.. and tariff-Rs.500-700..My location : Sanjay Nagar, BangalorePlease provide the suggestions... I was thinking of getting ACT Broadband but its not available in my area...Thank you..

Airtel has a Rs 899/- plan which comes with 1mbps and 10gb fup.(post fup 256kbps)It'll cost you Rs 999/- if you want 2mbps with the same limit.
 
Bsnl uld 900, primarily because speed after fup is 512k
