MTNL 3G with no network of UMTS/HSDPA (Mumbai) ..................Help Needed.

Hi all,I am facing problems with MTNL 3G Data card network its only showing EDGE network no HSDPA.I have recharged for 2500 recently the network was there for first two days i had HSDPA Network and now only EDGE.EDGE speed is also too slow it hardly goes beyond 5KB which takes like a horrible time.Area - Kandivali - MumbaiI have also tried with my other iball datacard but the issue remains the same.MTNL customercare guys have different answers everytime.Can anybody help me with this issue as its 5 days without network?

I am not using mobile partner but using MTNL 3G Jadoo datacard software and iBall 3.5G connect software.

In both the datacards i have tried these.

Auto connection - Not Working for HSDPA only showing range for EDGE
Manual connection - Not working for (UMTS/HSDPA) - No range at all.

It was working excellent for past three months and this happened suddenly and i am using most in home. I have not tried in other areas after the problem.
 
could be problem with your tower try contacting your area DGM...also u can register your complain online btw since you are in Mumbai...
