Hello friends!its been 4 days since my STB is constantly showing the error message that we get sometimes during rains. as a result, nothing is available to be watched on the T.V. i've been reporting this to their CC (pune no.) since that time, and everytime i receive is just empty assurances. each day i've to call them more than twice-thrice, and first they assure that they will call back within 2 hrs (which obviously they don't do), and i keep getting SMSes that so-and-so person from tata sky is within my building's premises and the problem would be solved. please tell me what should be done to resolve this issue. even writing an email has had no effect. should i post about this on their facebook page? its the first time that their service is acting in this manner. i've had no issues earlier. please suggest.thanks!P.S. - I live at Thane West.
