BSNL Ping Problem / Packet Loss.


From past 2 months, I have been facing some serious ping problems from my BSNL Broadband. My Internet connection is 750 Unlimited.

The problem is there is packet loss after every few packets. I cannot browse internet well, website loading is very slow, YouTube does not work, downloads are interrupted, forget about online gaming.

BSNL workers have checked my phone line nearly 4 times and its 100% fine, no disturbance, nothing. Registered complaint many times, even they unable to solve is, all they do is reset it. I also met higher authority and he said problem is server side, he will submit the complaint. Problem was solved for 5-6 days then it returned again.
