Hello, can anyone advise me where I should go to learn and practise meditation, I'm into yoga and vishnuism, but people who taught me meditation were mostly non-hindu. How much may such course of training cost?Can you recommend other forums to ask this question? 🙂 🙂 🙂

Meditation? How difficult can it be? Find a nice silent place, sit down (padmasan if you can), close your eyes and stop thinking. It has got nothing to do with religions and gurus.
