I have been calling the customer care and they keep telling it will be rectified at the earliest.so far nothing has happened and still my ip is not getting resolved and i keep getting "limited connectivity" error.Few guys came and took another fibre cable from one house over my house and they said they are changing the line.This was no way related to my complaint nor did it resolve the issue.I think if i cut this line too, someone will finally visit the site for inspection.I have lost hopes n using my data card now, will go for a cancellation and full refund of my advance 3 month rental, as it is within 15 days of taking new connection.my account login is 10386799 actian, please check if this case is true!i need my connection working or else i need my money back so that i can go for some other reliable service provider.

HI, I agree there was delay due to local issues including cable operator & councilor. Said that we have provided the necessary persmission letters and the work is going on - your line should be up today.

If you are still not happy the service, we will refund your full amount without any dedcution.

finally today network engineer called n told me to check..it is working!
thanks ACTian for ur update..i have used act for one year almost(previous location)..and will continue to do so in new place as well if there is no frequent interruptions.

regarding councilor..least said the better..########..always demanding money for everything.
