Need help with smartbytes

I have a 1mbps plan with 25 gb limit for rs 499 and i usually take 20 gb extra for 800rs every month but this time smartbytes isnt opening! i have been tryin since yesterday evening but it gives the 002 or 007 error every time. i called 198 nd they say "we dont know what is happening". i wonder why they call it TECHNICAL support when they dont know anything. When I asked them to add the 20 gb they said they cannot add more than 5 gb though customer support. Then i asked them to connect me to their supervisor, they transferred the call, i waited for 7 minutes but nothing happened. I had to listen the satyamev jayate theme song like 50 times! then the airtel guy told me that all his seniors were busy and i should wait 10 minutes and call again or keep trying to add the 20gb myself. how fantastic :X

Can anyone help?
What really happens is either i get the 002 error saying "the service is temporarily unavailable"
or
when i fill my choice, enter the verification code and then click submit the page simply reloads with a new captcha code everytime without taking me to the confirmation page
or
when i submit the choice the confirmation page starts loading and after like 50-55 sec of loading it gives the 007 error saying "the transaction could not be completed"

Any help is appreciated,

1. I have heard from another source that the captcha on that page totally fails even though user enters what he believes is the correct code. I really wish Airtel would use ReCaptcha because it ignore minor mistakes and has support for voice and reload. but it's airtel. they like to fcuk up anything that has been working fine before. 2. Ping airtel_presence tell them that customer care is not able to resolve your problems. Get them to call you.
 
I was gonna try rumola but the stupid gb0d002 error now appears "service temp. unavailable" ; I think this service works only during office hours so ill try that tomorrow morning. @chromaniac - I just joined today and havent been able to get what airtel presence really is and how it works! sorry :X Do I drop my complaint @ complaintbox.in/airtel-presence ? or something else?thank you all for ur help.
 
well creating an account does not take time and they seem to respond to complaints on twitter faster. worth a try if they do not fix the problem by tomorrow.
 
ok sir ill post on twitter 🙂and do you think my modem/router may be a problem? I recently got it changed from airtel from my old 220bx to 110tc1EDIT - my modem keeps on restarting thats why i am thinking it might be the problem. it restarted 4 times before i could post this!
 
nope. this is not something that is connected to the modem. they are redirecting you server side so it's a mess at their ends.
 
so i just tweet them with my dsl number and the problem straightaway? now i think i would have to wait till 630 pm tomorrow 🙁
 
well you do not publicly tweet them your number as it is visible to everyone. you ping them about the problem. they would respond back to ask for details on DM (private messaging on twitter).
 
Is that plan available in Delhi also . How long have you been using that plan . What is the post FUP speed ? Do they charge for anymore data after exceeding 25GB . I need more data but cannot pay more , maybe compromise on speed . I have 2 mbps till 10GB and shitty 256 kbps post that . It would have been heaven if post FUP was 512 kbps 🙁
 
the plan i have is very old nand was available everywhere in india like 3 years back so now you cannot get that plan 🙁. earlier it was just 499 for 1mbps unlimited like 1mbps speed for unlimited data but then when the new plans came they changed mine to 25 gigs for 1 mbps and shitty 256kbps after that. but still aying rs525(499+tax) is super awesome for 25gigs@1mbps
