tata photon cust care very bad!!

i have been trying to change my photon plan for the past 10days!!!! but no one at the cust care seem to b picking up the calls.....can some1 give me a number to contact them or tata guys respond immediately!!!!!

I have had worse experience.. I have raised a complaint with them on 7th May and haven't yet received any response. I have written a mail to there customer care.. No response.. Have customer care and the response is your account doesn't exist. I am experiencing very slow speeds.. Though Speedtest claims it is 310 kbps I can't play a single youtube video.. Web pages takes huge time to open and after the 10GB is over no pages open... VPN connection doesn't work.. Mails don't refresh, Gmail can only open in the reduced version.. My final hope is raising awareness in this forum so that others do not fall into their trap.. Tata DOCOMO number 9230004228. The 2 open complaints are 537603 and 520431

Mate, you are simply screwed...........you shouldn't have opted for photon at the first place itself

Any Tata Photon+ Prepaid customer from Mumbai who can check usage details (session-wise, not just plan name, validity and current balance) under the `My account` section of the Tata Docomo website? (I get a `The website is currently busy. Please try again later`-type error message).I am not able to check. I have tried more than 20 times since yesterday afternoon. God knows since when the problem has been existing since I had last checked on Friday night and that was succesful.

I am not comfortable sharing connection details here in a public forum. However, you can check service request number PSR2012012283 which I logged yesterday night. Please use the same alternate contact number as is given for that service request. I received a call from Tata Docomo today on this matter about a couple of hours ago and your representative said that he will look into the matter. However, a few minutes after the call ended, I received an SMS stating that the service request has been resolved!!!!
This is totally unfair. The problem still stands as it is.
