How to configure VMC BSNL wireless modem to other ISP?

Hi, I am facing problem in configuring my BSNL modem , which is VMC type II wireless modem to another ISP provider , . I am not able to configure this to PPoe , I have set my VPI/VCI to 0/33 which is of my new ISP but its just not working. My modem is fine as I am able to connect to internet using Bridging mode but not in PPoe mode. The problem of course with Bridging mode is that I cant connect to wireless wifi so I need to configure my modem in PPoe , any help on what I need to do?
