What are the career prospects of this certification?

I contacted an institute just to get some details regarding the same, what I found is;

The fee for Linux, Apache, MySql & PHP (LAMP) Regular Track Boot Camp with duration of 25 days is US$ 2,810

(in a Serviced Apartment, including all meals & taxes).

The registration fee is $ 500 and they offer no placement or anything.

What do you guys think about it?
 
Get an ebook and try to learn on your own.Learning LAMP is far easier by experience.PHP is a very simple language even for a non programmer.
 
There are lots of openings for PHP developers.You should have added PHP skills for eg experience in PHP Cake,Wordpress,Joomla etc.Learning LAMP alone will not be enough.
 
Just go through the online video tutorials, PDFs, ebooks will help you a lot in learning LAMP.Learn these programs online and then try to make a project in every language you learn.After learning these languages and making a project by yourself you get a confidence in this language and can easily face any interview related to this with full confidence.
