Broadband forum blocked by BSNL 3G

I am using bsnl 3g with huwei e1750 and e353.
from past 4-5 days I am unable to open broadbandforum.co
I tried in 2 bsnl sims and same thing.
I tried clearing cookies etc
tried 3-4 browsers all r wasted.
also used google dns.
don't know what's the problem all sites working fine except this forum.
I posted frm vodafone mobile.
will broadbandforum hosting block my ip? ?

Use a proxy, socks5, VPN, etc.. try hidemyass for instance..
