BSNL Broadband Low Speed Problem

I am using BSNL Broadband UL 625 Plan.I have D-Link DSL-2730u,Wifi modem,at start i am getting good speed upto 55kbps for downloading but now i am getting only 25 to 27 kbps speed,it's very less, WEBSITES also not open quikly,kindly help me in this matter.
 
you must have crossed the 4 gb limit.. for 625 plan ..u get speed of 55-64KBPS for first 4 gb after that speed goes down to 32KBPS
