I did not receive the soft bill for Feb 1 to 29

Hello, I was receiving the soft bill for the past 6 months without hickups between 17th and 25th. But i did not receive the last soft bill.I normally dont get the hard copy. But i received the last month's Hard copy properly. I am in Bangalore , HSR Layout.Did you get your soft bill for Feb 2012?
 
Not a broadband issue. Cannot entertain you.However.. Did you try the wdc selfcare website you can print a copy of your bill from there. Just as it would appear as an original
 
Actually, I did receive my bill, here are the particulars...Summary of Charges Amount(Rs.)Monthly Charges 0.00Usage Charges 0.00One Time Charges 0.00Discounts 0.00Service Tax 0.00Late Fee 0.00Total Charges (Rs.) 0.00You see I have surrended my connection about a year and a half back, but I guess they just love sending bills.
 
Yeah, that is old habit..have you got any acknowledgement for your surrender. You can ignore these bills.
