Unable To Connect !

Hi friends,

I have got a bsnl connection. I am unable to connect to the net using my username and password. It shows error number 691 (check password). Though I can connect with my friends pw and check my usage using my own username and password on http://10.240.43.216. Any idea whats going on !!!

^ it happens sometimes and returns to normal after few hours . pls try again and report back ... ...if it doesnt work today , contact Local BSNL Exchange /Dataone Helpdesk .
