hey guys...m frm mulund and has just left EXATT and has joined MTNL gang. (EXATT provider in mulund sucks big time) only 1 q to ask whether P2P clients working on MTNL?? tell me so i can share and leech    we used to run DC++ for all our fun time and m looking for same type of fun here. i think old users and pro s can answer.

yeah u can use any p2p provided u open up the ports to know about port forwarding check this site out http://www.portforward.com/default.htm

wats the DMZ mode???neways me from mulund 2 n me 2 dumpd exatt for mtnl 😀 😀 if u were on the sarvoday hub u wud remember me 🙂simply put up ur router in bridge mode and To do this first we have to enter the modem configuration page. After that click on "home" on the horizontal set of tabs and then on "wan" on the vertical set of tabs on the left side. Next change the wan setting (fifth option from top) from PPPoe/PPPoa to bridged mode. Scroll down and click apply. Now u can log on to the net using a pppoe client which is inbuilt in windows XP.or else like exatt u can use the RASPPPOE Query service and setup a dial up connex to any of the services u see in the raspppoe window...just enter ur ph no. and pw and click connectno need for port forwarding n all that crappy stuff 😛

all P2P applications run on triband...difference is that there is no concept of lan like sify, hotwire etc..watever u download from any P2P application will be counted in ur monthly data usage and the speed will remain the same according to the package u have taken.
