Itemised bills required pl help

I have several connections of mobile of different service providers in my house and office.I need copies of itemised bills of some of these phones. There isn't any policy as such. If it is postpaid, you should it be able to get it logging into the site of your service provider, for free, as long as they are not really backdated bills that you are looking for. In case of prepaid, providers are mandated to provide the bills on request, at a marginal fee (50 bucks in most cases)

I want itemised bills of last two years.
 
2 year old bills are usually hard to get. Even banks charge you extra for those.
