BSNL Billing Pune: I AM "Short Payments" VICTIM!!!

Strange , never heard this kind of problem with even looter reliance
 
Yesterday on Saturday 3 March 2012When me & my father went to talk to Head of BSNL Billing Punethat black guy (head) slipped away quietly because of him we wasted almost two hours waiting for himlater someone came & said to us he went some meeting somewhere away from his officeIS THIS HOW A BILLING HEAD SHOULD BEHAVE?
 
woa! what a weird problem.But as you said, that bill must be passed to your grandfather's sons and not to you. Word of advise- Dont pay a freaking single rupee to BSNL no matter what shit they say. If they say" first bill first, we'll adjust it in next bill" tell them to buzz off! Once you pay them, the money's as good as gone.
 
if the problem can be fixed in the next Bill by complaining on this forum, That would be really really Great!BSNL Pune Bajirao Road is where i go to pay bills.My Broadband Internet wont cut off, right? just because i didn't pay 110/- fixed incoming phone charges last month because of this short payment shit.i have already paid 1 year Internet fees for UL500/-.
 
Bah , its bsnl, they'll not cut your line, but will keep adding 500 more each month to your bill along with previous month's interest. Did you meet with the accounts officer ? Anyway, i think there is a clause that if they fail to inform you of your outstanding within six months ( of 2004, in your case) , they cant demand money from you after that.In any case, dont pay them anything
 

heh. No, we took a landline from BSNL for broadband purposes but since i got anohter ISP which provides more speed , i stopped using BSNL landline. Called CC to disconnect but they didn't reply. So shifted home. .still they haven't stopped sending bills -_-

So they wont stop your internet or anything, instead they'll just send you bills . .every month ...forever ...till the end of time..

and the other thing . ..this is BSNL we're talking about. Complaining in this forum won't do you any good. sadly only is calling their customer care
