data recovery service by Sri Aurobindo Consultancy

Does anyone have any experience with data recovery service by Sri Aurobindo Consultancy, Bangalore? I have a very bad experience (once in lifetime nightmare) attempting for their service.My hard disk, which I sent for data recovery and the other one, which I provided for copying the data are still with them for last 1.5 months and a continuous followup does not work. They informed that they have broken our original hard disk external casing (which was under warranty) without informing. Although, the warranty does not matter to us, they are still not providing the data. Once I come out of the issue and at least get thebad hard disk with data, I can provide it to Steller (They are reliable and professional but charge high) and visit Tirupati for a Puja and pray to god to keep these type of service providers away from me.

I have had the same experience ... They took my harddisk and after 4 months and multiple follow ups they haven't retrieved the complete data. The owner suresh is extremely unprofessional man, he refused to take my calls, he kept lying to me that he will send my harddisk to my home (he didn't knew my address) and when i started creating fuss about their service, the man threatened me. They charge very high and are extremely unprofessional.
