Broadband options in Juhu, Mumbai ???

Hey guys I'm looking for a new connection in Juhu, sick of Tatas horrible service and local isp's unresonable prices. Any suggestions which connection are available in Juhu ? My place is right behind iskon temple on Gandhi gram road ... Lemme know pls Thanks

One of my colleague at Juhu uses a Fiber Optic connection from a local ISP called Mishra Electronics/Communications (Not sure). The plan that he's on is 120GB for 180days for 6k, upto 8mbps speed. I don't know if this is the local ISP that you're talking about....

I think Reliance Broadband is Present in your area. Also have you checked Airtel Broadband Coverage Map ??

I'm currently using 7 star. Last I checked reliance and airtel didn't provide services this side.
 

Oops, then the only option left is MTNL till Reliance Infotel 4G is launched. I was having similar condition. After lots of head banging, I opted for 2mbps MTNL plan and quite happy with it .

Yea looks like MTNL is the only stable option.

Tikona maybe is available but herd their service is even worse ??

Mtnl`s service is better than you might think 🙂

How does one go about getting a connection with them
also I don't have a mtnl landline but don't mind getting it of its mandatory.

MTNL is 1000 times better than Tikona bro. Even MTNL 3G is 100 times better than Tikona and in MTNL Mumbai Unlimited 4500 plan is still ON.
 
MTNL is a good option. I cancelled 7star because they would not renew my connection ie they wouldn't send someone over to collect the payment. Very unprofessional.I'm using in2cable since a year. Mostly satisfied with it. More bandwidth compared to MTNL but more downtime as well. Avoid Tikona. Avoid Nivyah.
 
All these chotta service providers have great plans but are really poor when it comes to service. They simply dont have the resources to take care of that part.
 
Hey, Did you manage to find a good broadband connection in Juhu??? im shifting there in 10 days, and i'm really looking for a good speed connection. I need it mostly for online gaming and streaming etc. So need a good speed at a decent price.
