Has to be! If the councils start considering these kind of appeals, then many other appeals will have to be considered.....the very recent one i can recall is the tied match against SL in CB series, where we got 1 ball less. Who knows that very ball could have spelt the difference. And instead of SL, India wud have been in Finals!
