Tata Photon Plus are Cheater

Hello,My Tata Photon Plus Number: 9243200979 bought on February, 2012. I had plan of 950 Unlimited. It means till 5 GB (Download and Upload) I will get speed of 3.1 Mbps (Which by of course I never get). I get speed around 100-110 kbps (kilo bits per seconds) till 5 GB. After 5 GB I will get speed around 155 kbps on average of 30 kbps. (kilo bits per seconds).

Once my 5GB is over I am not getting the speed even 10kbps. I gave complaint regarding this. Their technical person has visited to my place and told that device having Capping Issue so not able to do anything. That means once my 5GB is over I am not able to use internet. Beyond this my device is getting disconnected every 5 minutes.

I am asking the speed as per the plan. If they are not able to provide the speed kindly return the amount I am ready to return the Device. They are cheating the people like anything.

If anybody can help me to get the refund from this cheating people.
