ISPs in Wadgaon Sheri, Pune area

Hi, I recently moved to the Wadgaon Sheri area of Pune. I have already subscribed to BSNL broadband service with a Rs. 1350/month plan. But I am not very satisfied with the service. It seems flaky and also the upload speed is very less. In fact, none of the BSNL plans even talk about what their upload speed is. I am going to be working remotely and need to be able to share my screen. Hence I need good upload speed in addition to high download speed. Are there any other service providers in this area who are reliable and provide good quality service at high speeds? I would appreciate any information / help on this topic.
