Hello guys,I was a Spectranet customer. Life was going very easy. Last month my cable operator switched my connection to Katwaria Sarai based Candor internet. Candor's service is pathetic and unreliable.I heard Reliance Wireline is good and is available in my area (Pin 110014) (Hathway, airtel, etc are not here). But even after placing several connection requests over phone and website, nobody from sales department is getting back to me for placing the connection. What should I do in this scenario?PS - Cable operator has withdrawn from offering Spectranet in my area. So, spectranet is not an option for me anymore.

The same problem with me they haven't contacted me even though it's more than 10 days.

Received a phone call from Reliance Customer Care right now. They say they will escalate my request. I have also written to the Nodal Officer of Reliance Communication in Delhi. Let's see if I succeed in getting the connection.Meanwhile, Tikona Broadband has contacted me for internet connection even though I have not placed any connection request with them!!! I earlier used Tikona for one month (about one year ago). It is easily the worst ISP in India.

Reliance broadband technicians have this uncanny habit of ignoring new connection requests if the ports in the requested area are all taken. Ideally, they should be informing the applicant about the situation.

Yep, had the same experience, very ignorant even while handling new connection requests. There are lines running just 1 street away(Literally the very next road) from mine but Reliance still refused to extend or just run a cable across

I called a Reliance sales representative today (got his number from a pamphlet). They have their line running just 80 meters away from my house. Now he says that they can't give me connection because my house is 80 ms away from their line!!

I had a similar experience with Reliance wireline. They told me that they could provide me a new connection and that someone will come to verify my details. But then an engineer told me that my building does not have coverage, but that they have coverage a little further up the same road

MTNL is giving connection in 1 day. Deposit the form with cash payment in nearest exchange and connection is installed by the afternoon next day. My experience with Reliance was the same. One office in my building was already having Reliance wireline connection but still no one from Reliance showed up when I called for a new connection.
