Cheating on Unlimited Combo Plan

I used to have unlimited 999 plan and used to get speeds upto 1.13 Mbps. But when I changed to Xpress Combo Unlimited 1000 where I should get speeds of 2Mbps am not getting even 512Kbps. Even after several complaints this is not solved. :anger3:😡:cursing:

Alright, line stats look alright. Try changing modulation to G.DMT and report back.Else, it could be a speed profile error, for which you'll have to contact the SDE of your exchange.

No improvement after changing the modulation. Looks like I have to contact SDE. Can you help me with contact details of SDE for Koparkhairane, I am not able to locate.

Venkat. Did this ever get fixed for you? If so how? I just got the 2M plan and am getting 1M downloads.

what is your "Attainable Rate (Kbps)"?

It got rectified now. They have done something at the exchange.
