chrome 17 multiple file download issue

need help with new chrome 17 browser when downloading 2 or more files the transfer speed doesn't goes up to full speed when one file finisheslike it dose in firefox.and the task manager shows 8-9 chrome.exe when just one tab is open.

always better to use a download manager, you cannot really do much with the download managers offered by browsers. check chrome's own task manager to see what all is running at any given time. they are most likely extensions installed on your browser.

Not really--There is ! big exception : !!Opera!! includes the best download manager, even catches torrents, all with high speed!!(Still ID download manager is the very best download manager out there-but its not Freeware) and for catching you tube videos (faster than every Firefox-plugin can) you paste a .js script in one of the opera Folders ,and your all fine.
I just can't understand that a fantastic smooth and snapie Browser like Chrome,wouldn't want to put a fast futured Download-manager to it - Like Opera can and does...
