I'm having problem with my Set top box not tuning all channels of my package

I have big problem with my DISHTV set top box i recently bought and charged with world pack i suppose to get 215 channels but only 101 channels are coming first day i able to tune all channels and watch. from next day only 101 channels are coming i have done lots of things but not working i remove card and put again and i check my signal strength it's 77% and signal quality is 67% when i contacted customer care they said some trouble shooting needs to be done can any body tell me what troubleshooting i can do for my dishtv set top box brand name is arion. what is the reason why i'm not getting all channels? can anybody help me to tune all channels.

Call the guy who came to your house to install the Dish...He will check..most probably LNBC might have been disturbed from its original spot...!!
