Vodafone Charging Roaming between WB and Kolkata circle

Vodafone it seems is charging roaming between Kolkata and WB.I got my last month bill for Vodafone and was shocked to see that i was charged rs196 as roaming.Where as i only went to the WB circle.I am seriously thinking of porting out of Vodafone unless they offer me a good retention plan.I am fed up of paying rs1000 each month as bills and then they do all this.Bloody cheats.Have to think which company i port out to.Airtel? or BSNL?

No suggestions about what i should do?

don't port in right now. work with vodafone contact the nodal / appellate until they resolve the issues. . .. because each provider has its own + and - . is roaming charge the only issue ?? u might be in a worse situation if u go in for new service provider.

They are different circles I have paid roaming charges in wb As a ccu customer for years 🙂 But the network rocks and that's why I stick on to VF for 7 years now

My entire family uses VF and non of them have ever paid a paisa in roaming while roaming in WB.
