Bsnl: Selfcare Portal registration. Password

🙂 i think nobody works here in BSNL. u can only get advice here... best option is to call 1504 or meet the BB team at you branch
 
Even i have the same problemI contacted the cc (1504) the idiots are not understanding the problem
 
Contact the Nodal officer/SDE(BB section) of your area.The officer will definitely understand your problem and solve it.It's complete waste to talk to the lower level officers working under the Nodal officer because they are all dumb.
 
Open portal again and try Forgot password option:

It is useless..we are not able to reset the password...BSNL Selfcare site is worst and useless...with lots of problems.....
 

The portal now loads fine on Firefox (tried on both v19 and v20), without any user agent tricks. Nice!
