Caller tune scam of MTS.

My sister is haggling me to do something from one month bcoz apparently she's getting callers tunes activated on her MTS cdma phone automatically since last 3months.
She called CC and they deactivated it and after 10~20 days when she recharged her number, immediately she got a message saying caller tune activated and 15rs gone!
I called CC and asked WTF? ..CC executive said ..your number is inactive since last 30 days ans no caller tune is activated!!

yes. the caller tune has indeed been removed. thanks a lot 🙂
(but my sister days "since i have zero balance, caller tune stopped.If i recharge again, it'll start again." So she's gonna recharge tomorrow and if that caller tune shite happens again. . 😕 )

Hi Max,We value your concern. To assist you effectively, we would need your Name and Contact number to discuss the concern and provide a resolution.
My god! found mts phone in attic and surprised to see the number is still active. So started using the phone while my other phone comes through delivery and my god ..so many calls and SMSs by MTS. Everyday atleast 10 promotional calls and atleast 10~15sms are being bombarded to my phone without fail. sometimes a promotional call comes, i reject it and within 1~2 mins another promotional call comes.Registered into DND and good to see that they'll put up this number into DND within 7 days. Earlier it used to be 45 days if i remember correctly
8 promotional calls today and 13 SMSs from MTS. ಠ_ಠ
Ok ..sent message to stop DND but still getting calls and messages 😕 although less in number. But national do not call site still shows my number as not listed. What to do next? enroll again?
tried enrolling again and it says your number is already on DND list. But National Do not call registry website shows my number is not on list. Ans am still getting around 5~6 calls and around 5 sms daily! what should i do?
