I guess Delhi , even though the capital of India , is the only major city in India without High speed broadband at affordable PRices. Bsnl Has increased their speed's too . Even Mtnl mumbai but not MTNL delhi 😡 .Wished Delhi had something like Fivenet or Beam . 🙁
