Are Pune people experiencing problem on BSNL Broadband 1350 plan from 1st Feb?

From 1st Feb BSNL pune i think has downgraded the 1350 plan. The speed now is anywhere between 40 to 60 kbps. I checked with 2 other people who i know and they are also facing the same problem but they are from the same exchange as i am. Are other people experiencing the same difficulty? Telephone line is not a problem as it was perfect till 1st Feb and the others are also facing the problem from feb1.Anyone else experiencing similar problem in pune?CheersSid.

I am not facing any speed issue. i am using ULD 900 4Mbps till 8GB plan.

I think there is some speed up-gradation in process.

I faced some problems on 1st of Feb. I was getting upgraded 1Mbps speed but connection stability was poor. All issues were gone when i crossed my 6-8GB FUP and speed went back to 512Kbps. But no low speed issues before or after FUP.
