Got a call from Beam customer feedback / survey. Told them that even after a month there was no connection and the salesperson and customer service were lying that they would be coming the next day etc.I wonder if anything will happen.What could be the reason they are just ignoring the job? And any other idea how to escalate?

Connection was restored on Wednesday through BSNL. Despite their crap speeds, they have good customer service and are relatively quick to act. I was having problems regarding username and password and they sorted it out quickly even on Dussehra. I am willing to overlook Beam's (non-existent) customer service for their speeds. At this point, I only have my phone number. Can anyone tell me how to PM a person? I don't see that option anywhere.
