Has anyone successfully activated the A La Carte pack on Airtel yet?

Been trying to do the same for a few days now. CC says it has to be done online. Self Care portal has no option to select A la Carte. Anyone can help me get this done?

go their web site on la karte page and then select your desired channels and submit the form with customer id etc., within minutes you will receive confirmation email, now wait for 2-3 days and then forward them your confirmation email and ask for status update. they will activate your la karte within 2-3 days. I am using la karte and i got it activated this way. Also, you will not be able to remove any topup etc., through your customer portal once your la kart is activated. IMO, it sucks so select your channels carefully.

Thanks for that. I did figure it out eventually and have it activated now. Another thing that sucks is the absence of ESPN HD and Ten HD on the al la carte page. I have the base pack of Rs.150 for about 10 channels plus these 2 as top up separately. I just need the 2 HD sports channels and a NGC and Discovery to complete the 150 base price as these are the only channels I will be watching. But am totally unable to get the 2 HD sports in base pack.

just got my la karte changed again, same procedure, select channels from their web site and wait for confirmation email. Wait for 5-7 more days and then reply to that email asking them to change, they will make the changes in 3-5 days.

How do I select the channels from ala carte page? They do not have any option to select or to enter the customer id. There is no form too. I tried visiting the ala carte page (airtel Digital TV Top Ups | DTH Top Up Plans) after login to airtel website, still I did not find any link to select the channels. Please see the screenshot pasted here. The page just shows the list of channels and their prices. Can you please tell me the procedure?
