Which ISP's in Mumbai uses cache server for youtube?

I am currently using fivenetwork which provide this feature. However, I am currently not satisfied with its service. Could you suggest any other decent ISP that provide this feature in mumbai.
 
I thought I was the only. Yes even my ISP(iphouse) provides this feature. Its not wide-spread but many music videos and tv show clips get loaded within secs even in 1080p. My ISP is not very popular in Mumbai but they have good rates(mine is 1000rs/1mbps unlimited) plus they have a hub too.
