Print Fluctuating after software update..

Hi guys, While watching Tv last night, i got the software update pop up & the hd zapper was doing the update, after the update i noticed my video is cutting on/off every 20secs.i tried switching off the box on & off from the main power but no difference, anyone can tell me how to reset the box back to factory settings? dunno if it will help but worth a try before i call the CC department.Thanks,Burjor

just to update,got the stb swapped under warranty..
