DNA-A211-I: Router No access

HI! All,
Can any one help me in solving the following issue with my BSNL Wireless router modem (Model - ITI - DNA - A211-1) (Commodity Details : ADSL2+CPE Type II)
Problem : I am unable to access the router over http protocol http://192.168.1.1 - The message coming on its "This webpage is not available. The connection to 192.168.1.1 was interrupted. ""Error 101 (net::ERR_CONNECTION_RESET): The connection was reset."

If you are connected to Internet and can surf
check Current IP Check
retype in browser.
A window may open to access your router.

If no connection: RESET and try new settings.

In computer:
START RUN type cmd OK
New window
type ipconfig /all
Find your modem/router Ip address.
