What kind of problem you are having now ?
(a) No Internet connection
(b) Phone Not working
(c) slow speed Internet connection
(d)Modem/router out of order
(e) any other.

i have also problem with bsnl broadband .i have no dial tone and no broadband link.when i called exchange they say file complaint at 1504.how do i file complaint with mobile phone? tollfree bsnl no. says please check the no. before dialing.this link http://mis.bsnl.co.in/pgs/internet/pgwebregn.asp submit button don't work.
