What kind of problem you are having now ?
(a) No Internet connection
(b) Phone Not working
(c) slow speed Internet connection
(d)Modem/router out of order

BSNL CC 1500 or 1504 will try to help only for modem settings, and
Internet connectivity to their Exchange. Any problem in computer
, you have to rectify yourself.
