Whts this happening....but i m happry!!!!

Hello guys,I activated the BSNL 270RS 10GB Plan. Suprisingly i m getting around 50-90KBPS. Is it natural or a bug because earlier i used to get a max of 20KBPS, also i have heard that BSNL capps the speed of 2g users to 20KBPS, is it true??Also i there any 3 to 6 months 2g pack, plz tell me along with the data usage provided so that if it is not a bug i can activate those plans.Thnx for help
