Webpages not opening/Frequent Disconnection

For last 2 weeks i have been having terrible connection issues with MTNL Mumbai some web pages open after refreshing 5-6 times , on IDM the speed is good but video streaming is impossible and pages do not open at first go i tried using Google DNS does not help either, I heard many others are also having same issues
 
Yes thats correct. It seems there was some fire issue in their Prabhadevi centre. Call 1504 to ask for contact details. If you lodge an online complaint the linesman will come who will have nothing to do.Nobody on 1504 seems to be clear on what is the exact issue & when will it be resolved.
 
change the dns in ur router to 8.8.4.4 or any open dns. solved my problem. the issue is with the mtnl dns server.
I wrote email to DGM and he called me on Saturday evening and within 3 hours my problem was sorted now no disconnections at all.
