'Aap kaise ho' is common in Mumbai. Hardly anyone here would say (or rather ask) 'Aap kaise hain'.
In Mumbai, probably 1 or 2/10 guys would say 'hain'. Even 'Tum' is very rare in Mumbai, it's either 'Aap' or 'Tu', ike 'Aap kaise ho' and 'Tu kaisa hai'.

^ It is NOT incorrect. I can't find sources on the web to prove my point, but this is in fact one of the correct ways to speak (the aap noun + tum verb combination)
Its incorrect. You will not find any repectable/reliable source to prove your point.
1) Its punjabicised version of Hindi. (punjabi's please excuse, nothing against them)
2) With Aap always "Hain" or plural is used.
The correct sentence is "Tum kaise ho" not "Aap kaise Ho"
Infact all of the following sentences are wrong.
Incorrect -- "Aap karlo" -- correct "Aap Kar - Leejiyea" or a shorter version "Aap Kari-yea"
Incorrect -- "Aap Baith Jao" -- correct " Aap Baith Jaiyea" or a shorter version "baith-yea"
Incorrect -- "Aap Mat Jao" -- correct "Aap Mat Ja-iyea"
As i said before the effort is only to learn better and correct English, which i agree is important and necessary but we should have the same attitude towards other languages as well.
Another incorrect sentence frequently used even in TV serials etc " Mujhe late ho raha hai". The correct sentence is "mujhe der ho rahee hai", late is an English word for which there is a Hindi equivalent so there is no need to use the English word.

How about General Language - We can discuss all languages... Within reasonable bounds ... Also would recommend keeping the conversation in English, just use the other regional languages when using quotations and within conversations in quotes
