huawei e1732 is frequently disconnecting every 2 minutes...please help

I have recently bought Huawei E1732 3g modem unlocked from eBay..It was working well for 1-2 weeksBut suddenly from 1-2 days, it started disconnecting frequently every 2 minutes....please help for this...And also when i connect, sometimes it shows error 619..Please help me for this issues

I'm also having unlocked 3g modem from ebay. I also had some problems earlier like error 619 etc., now I stopped running the mobile partner from desktop instead I run from the mobile itself, which is shown as cd drive in my computer. Now I don't have any problems.

By the way, when I installed mobile partner my anti virus suspects the software driver for virus. Do you have the same problem.

Also I would like to know the cheapest unlimited 3G data plan.
